Condition of Warranty: It depends on product price. [Below Rs. 500]=No Warranty; [Rs. 500-1000]=3 Months Warranty; [Rs. 1000-1500]=6 Months Warranty; [Above Rs. 1500]=1 Year Warranty. Warranty is given only on Manufacturing defect. No Warranty On Colors of Frames & Sunglasses. For Contact Lens,if seal was broken by customer, then no warranty. Read full Conditions of Warranty.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation would be allowed only Within 24hrs Of Order Placed. After 24 hrs. Order will be treated as completed.
Delivery Shipping Terms: If pincodes are non-serviceable by our courier partners, orders automatically cancelled & money refunded. Read full terms.
Return & Refund Policy: If the product delivered is faulty, damaged in transit, or wrong product is delivered, we will initiate a refund. You have to Check product in front of Our Delivery Person and do not accept the delivery in case of a damaged packaging. If the product is found to be damaged after opening the package, the customer should write to us or call us to log-in the issue on the same day (24 hours).
